Investors who deal in foreclosures and short sales need to be aware of new regulations that are to go into effect October 1, 2008. Florida House Bill 643 has passed and contains new regulations designed to protect homeowners facing foreclosure and prevent some of the fraud that is transpiring in today’s market.
Our past President and local attorney, Bob Jacobs, has agreed to spend an evening with us to explain the new disclosures and mandated written foreclosure rescue agreements that investors/consultants must have in their contracts.
