EXHIBITING REGISTRATION [EARLY BIRD]: $650
- Includes Exhibitor Space (6 foot wide table with 2 chairs) and admission for two (2) participants
- Mention in pre-show & post show email campaign sent to registered attendees
- Inclusion on printed floor plans highlighting exhibitor booth location
- Event graphic to promote your participation online
- If you plan to sell material at your table, there is an additional $350 registration fee
- Exhibitor setup is 7am-9:30am, Event doors open at 10am, Event hours are 10am-4pm
- To maintain the integrity and professionalism of the trade show, we kindly request that all exhibitors remain fully set up until the event officially concludes at 4pm
- Tear down and clean up will be from 4pm-5pm
- Electrical outlet is not guaranteed
